Lead Engineer - Mobile

What We Are Looking For
We are looking to add an experienced, passionate Engineering Lead to join our team. The Lead Engineer will play a critical role in shaping both our web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow Engineers to deliver high-quality, performant, and scalable user experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced React Native (mobile) applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and scalable code using modern JavaScript (TypeScript preferred).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Lead and mentor junior developers; conduct code reviews and support best practices.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of devices and browsers.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and backend services.
• Participate in architecture decisions and help guide long-term technology strategy.
• Ensure high application quality and performance through testing, debugging, and monitoring.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Mobile development with at least 3+ years using React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
• Solid understanding of mobile and web app lifecycles, async data handling, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
