What We Are Looking For

Leonardo247, Inc. is seeking a Junior Software Architect who ensures that the Product and Technology strategies are in alignment and links the business mission, strategy, and processes of the organization to its Products and Technology strategy.

This position is expected to be able to understand the current state and engage all parts of the organization to improve the technology posture by making recommendations and leaning in to help hands on when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud infrastructure using leading cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into cloud-based solutions
• Participate in the implementation of cloud-native applications, including containers, serverless functions, and managed services
• Monitor and maintain cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness
• Contribute to the development of automation scripts and deployment pipelines to streamline cloud operations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies, best practices, and industry trends

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in cloud computing and mobile app development
• Proficiency in a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Understanding of cloud architecture patterns, security, and compliance
• Expert knowledge of React Native or Flutter for mobile app development
• Working hands-on knowledge of FastAPI
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience implementing and evangelizing architectural concepts like strangler pattern, bounded context, event driven design
• Competency with relational, non-relational, and vector databases
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
