What We Are Looking For

Leonardo247, Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect who ensures that the Business and Technology strategies are in alignment and links the business mission, strategy, and processes of the organization to its Products and Technology strategy. ?

This position is expected to understand the complexities of the organization, processes, information, and technologies then build future-state models to best realize the organization strategy.? In this role, you can expect to own the design and delivery of various revenue generating features and systems, including live production and greenfield services.

Responsibilities

• Solution Delivery team leader
• Provide architectural oversight and direction to multiple scrum teams delivering digital projects
• Develop project deliverables, proof-of-concepts, and pilot new technologies
• Ensure delivered solutions are monitored, have a support plan, and adequate business controls
• Experience in identifying and documenting interdependencies between processes, technologies, applications, and data
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company's strategic business plans and align these into a coherent technology roadmap
• Working knowledge of relational and alternative databases operating in a cloud architecture
• Document and develop in-depth knowledge of company's existing platform architecture, data and infrastructure, and overall technology portfolio
• Contribute to the compliance and security roadmap

Strategic:

• Define target solution architecture using standard Architecture frameworks, methodologies, and artifacts
• Ability to analyze legacy systems and develop current state architecture and design views
• Experience translating business needs and priorities into modern architecture solutions and designs
• Lead the technical service management and design efforts and provide a coherent technology and service management strategy across all internal and externally facing services supported by technology

Tactical:

• Collaborate with program managers and business unit leaders for the creation and ongoing management of a technology roadmap
• Design of the technology architectures and management systems to facilitate efficient and scalable service management activities. Includes discrete systems/databases/applications and their attributes as well as integration considerations
• Communicate clearly across various System, Application, Process and Solution design documents

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with business requirements gathering/analysis
• 7+ years related work experience in application architecture, data architecture and security architecture.
• Technical Experience with some or all of the following:
  • Must have previous programming experience
  • Must possess excellent knowledge of API design
  • Experience in Python Frameworks such as FastAPI or Django
  • Experience with Flutter or JavaScript based front end Frameworks
  • Experience in Cloud technologies providers such as AWS and SaaS offerings
  • Experience integrating with various 3^rd party services and technology providers
  • Experience integrating and building AI and Generative AI services
  • Experience developing modern UX experiences, including mobile, 3D, and Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality
  • Experience centralizing large IoT ecosystems
  • Experience working with event-driven system design
  • Experience in relational, unstructured, semi-structured, network, vector and analytics storage
• Proven experience in technical road mapping, systems design, cloud and engineering practices for web and mobile
• Ability to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical peers of various disciplines and specialties
