Product Owner

Leonardo247 is a fast growing SAAS company that is improving business performance by automating and streamlining operations for individuals and teams in the real estate industry.


We are looking to add an experienced, passionate Product Owner (PO) to join our team. The PO will work closely with the Product Team, business stakeholders, cross-functional development team, and most importantly our clients. In addition, the PO will assist in managing the full life cycle of technical projects and programs to deliver high quality products and services for our customers with predictability. We are looking for a PO who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take something from idea to execution.

On any given day, a Product Owner will:

  • Assist in refining our product processes, including current initiatives to improve our backlogging, road mapping, research, and product requirement processes.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to lead the business analysis, estimation, and planning of a broad set of business requirements using a structured requirements process (gathering, analyzing, documenting, estimating, validating) and recommending options, risks, and cost vs. benefits
  • Contribute to our product roadmap by determining, understanding, and leveraging customer needs through persona-based user feedback, competitive analysis, and internal planning to help define the overall customer journey.
  • Translate customer and business needs into user flows and journeys, epics, and user stories.
  • Take a leading role in the client and integration discovery processes that help guide our product, design, and engineering choices.
  • Ensure that information within product backlog items, such as acceptance criteria, is clear, descriptive, and complete to contribute to test planning.
  • Play an active role in scrum ceremonies and other sessions necessary for building team context and cohesion.
  • Develop key results and metrics to align the team on goals and ensure we always measure the success and outcome of every project we deliver.
  • Drive product launches and business results through collaboration with cross functional departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations by approaching these interactions with collaboration and empathy towards common goals.
  • Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products.
  • Create/revise/execute: Knowledge sharing tools and documents (e.g., Product/User Guides, FAQs, Release Notes)

  • 5+ years’ experience in a product role
  • Experience taking one or more projects through the full product process, from proposal to launch
  • Ability to incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product decisions
  • Desire to work in and help create an inclusive, supportive, and highly collaborative environment.
  • A deep understanding and empathy for end-users
  • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate requirements and project schedules with a customer and other project team members.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other development management tools
