WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our revenue engine. You’ll identify, contact, and qualify potential customers, building the top of the sales funnel for our Regional Sales Directors. This is a highly visible and performance-driven role, ideal for someone eager to grow and develop within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a self-starter mindset with strong personal accountability and a relentless drive to meet and exceed quota targets.
Research and identify potential clients within our target market using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Salesforce, LeadIQ, and HubSpot.
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (emails, calls, and social outreach) to generate qualified leads.
Engage inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and set meetings for the sales team.
Spearhead multithreaded cadence creation, continuously iterating, A/B testing, and innovating content and tone.
Use data-driven insights to refine target lists, personalize outreach, and maximize response and meeting-set rates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all prospect interactions.
Continuously learn about our product, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Contribute to a culture of curiosity, accountability, and growth.
Partner closely with assigned Account Executives to contribute creative ideas and insights during joint planning sessions to develop and refine messaging, improve conversion, and accelerate deal progression.

Proven experience in a similar role within sales and/or lead generation (bonus points if you have some SaaS sales experience!)
Curiosity and grit to learn new things, initiative to improve processes, and strong ability to collaborate with all team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to seamlessly manage and pivot between multiple priorities.
Self-motivated with a competitive drive and a growth mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, account-based sales cycle with a keen understanding of how to effectively work with varying levels within an organization
Familiarity with various sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LeadIQ, Salesloft, or similar).
