Leonardo247 is a fast growing SAAS company that is improving business performance by automating and streamlining operations for individuals and teams in the real estate industry.

We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive demand generation. Reporting directly to the COO, the director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate revenue growth. This role will oversee a small team of marketing professionals and will manage strategy and execution.

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive trams to alight marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Drive brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to effectively communicate our value proposition and differentiate our solutions in the market.
  • Oversee the creation and dissemination of high-quality content across various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and more.
  • Lead demand generation efforts optimizing spend and targeting to maximize ROI and drive qualified pipeline through inbound and outbound marketing channels, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and advertising.
  • Plan and execute engaging event and webinars to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and foster customer and prospect engagement.
  • Plan and manage SDR outbound strategy to effectively target the right audience and convert to pipeline with engaging messaging and high-performing sequences.
  • Plan and conduct A/B tests to refine marketing and SDR outbound strategies, to improve key performance metrics.

In this role you will:

  • Implement strategies to substantially increase inbound leads, focusing on building a robust top-of-funnel pipeline to support sales objectives. Additionally, develop and lead the execution of holistic go-to-market strategies that effectively shorten sales cycles.
  • Create presentations, collateral, and data sheets. Work alongside sales, product, and executive teams to create persona assets that support the entire sales funnel. This also includes thought leadership in events, Customer reference marketing (content, website, etc.) and more. Leverage all of these materials to build an effective SDR outbound strategy, continually optimizing for performance.
  • Set, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, with a keen focus on lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related
  • Proven track record of success with 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, preferably withing the SaaS/software industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track performance and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and ROI from marketing investments.

Schedule:

Standard working hours are 8 am to 5pm in the time zone of your residence - Monday through Friday.
